The Chancellor announced last night that the Self-employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS) will support self-employed individuals (including members of partnerships) whose income has been negatively impacted by COVID-19.
The scheme will provide a grant to self-employed individuals or partnerships, worth 80% of their profits up to a cap of £2,500 per month, for 3 months to cover the period March-May 2020 (although this could be extended).
Please click here to view our latest client bulletin which explains the scheme in more detail.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like any help or advice.
Warm and healthy regards,
Doreen, Jenny, Debbie, Linda, Louise, Laura, Kerry and Paula.
